Plot

A long time has passed since an unprecedented earthquake hit the capital city of Tokyo, and in the name of reconstruction, an adult town - a special casino zone - opened in the bay area. Tonight, the city's symbolic girl's circus, with its elite performers bearing the names of old literary figures, is dancing on stage again.
