El primer número de la revista Ganso, se publicó días antes del golpe militar, el día 5 de septiembre, por Quimantú y dirigida por Antonio Rojas Gómez. Eran chistes para adultos de los grandes dibujantes nacionales como Fantasio, Alberto Vivanco, Hervi, Palomo, Themo Lobos. Ganso sobrevivió hasta el 10 de diciembre de 1973.
