Revengers Special: Hybrids

Cover by Neal Adams and Rudy Nebres. Continuity Comics presents its own super-team, cleverly called the Revengers. This double-sized special reprints Revengers Featuring Megalith (1985) #6, then completes the story. Megalith has a strange compulsion to go to the UN building in New York just before it's attacked; meanwhile, seven strangers are transformed into the new super-team called the Hybrids. At first they battle, but then they join forces to face a menace only their combined skills can defeat. The story (and the series) continues as Hybrids Origin (1993) #2.
