Plot

In the near future super heroes have been outlawed causing curruption in all levels of society; Rudiger Lance, a good cop, was killed - or so it seemed; Two years later and he's back as Strapped, a vigilante out to get Louis Don Calvarone; Little does he know that Calvarone has set him up to meet his ex-partner, Melissa Derringer, who thought he was dead, and set in motion a plan to bring him down.
