Plot
Stegelins Bloom County-like strip, featuring Bumper and his animal and human friends commenting on current events, makes the jump to comic books after appearing in college newspapers in the Midwest. Bumper and friends discuss life while waiting 20 pages for a bus. Also features reprints of Steve Stegelins spin-off strip, Quish Quosh.
