Four beautiful teenage girls are home from boarding school and spending their summer vacation at Rutgers air force base. Of course, what could be more important than falling in love with one of the many hotshot pilots on base? However, Sheena, Jasmine, Candy, and Amelia must first get the pilot’s attention. Now hanging around wearing tight tops and short shorts may turn some heads, but using the government’s top secret matter transmutation device to turn themselves into super-heroes should definitely do the trick. Now with the powers of Earth, Fire, Air, and Water the teen vixens must decide what to do with their new abilities. Their first test may come in the form of the evil Madame Rotunda whose dabbling in the occult have unleashed a terrible power from beyond.
