Think of this six-issue mini-series as “The Godfather meets Hellblazer.” London’s underworld had been ruled for years by the Kellor family, who used not only guns and violence, but also the black arts to make their mastery complete.

When the patriarch of the Kellor family dies, a power struggle erupts for control of the family business. Heir to the throne, young Jack Kellor would just as soon leave the business altogether, but Bocor, his father’s lieutenant, has other plans. Bocor had been ensorceled by Jack’s father years before, making him a slave in body and soul. As a result, Bocor is not content with merely taking over the business—he wants revenge. What follows is a bizarre war involving zombies, a nursery full of mutated babies, and even a possession by John Constantine himself. Altogether, it makes Mobfire a creepy and engrossing title.
