Plot
Spin off from the original Mirage black and white Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic, this book written by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird and drawn by Jim Lawson and inkied by Ryan Brown. Each issue began with a front piece of a turtles character reciting a monologue pertaining to the following story to the reader and ending with the words "let me tell you a story".
Despite the fact that the series was short lived it introduced many characters and themes which would be important not only in the turtles comics but in the franchise as a whole. Among the character debuts found in the book are Leatherhead, The Rat King, Complete Carnage and Radical.
