I was quite confused while reading this issue—the 6th in the 'Tales of the Demon' saga—because it relies on many implicit facts. For instance, Bruce is depicted as exhausted after numerous missions alongside other superheroes in 'The Brave and the Bold' and the Justice League. Furthermore, it feels a bit abrupt how Batman has concluded that Ra's al Ghul is such a dire global threat that must be stopped at any cost. While there is little action here, I would say this is the weakest narrative issue in the saga so far. However, it clearly feels like the calm before the storm. I can't wait for the next chapter!
