Plot

Willie, Barney, Bic, Deanne and Tippoo - a "pretend family" of young clubbers and social mis-shapes- set up their own club (cum-cafe-cum-drop-outs'-drop in centre) in anticipation of the global party to end all parties: THE END OF THE CENTURY CLUB.

Strapped for cash in the coruupt and oppressed landscape of UKplc, they must dodge the attentions of prowling "Workfare" press-gangs, rival privatised police forces and local scene hoodlum Spinner Payne.
