Plot

Rikki and Ross need a new summer camp (okay, the monks raising them needthem out of the monastery, and their last few camps won’t take them back). Fortunately, the town library has hired Zatanna Zatara to teach the magical kids of the DC Universe important things like making friendship bracelets and tie-dyeing sorcerer cloaks. Pity that some of her campers haven’t quite mastered their lessons…
