A collection of cartoons by the talented 20th century artist, John Glashan. With an introduction by Glashan, giving an insight into his life and background. This work contains numerous, humorous cartoons of varying topics including 'Genius', 'Money', 'Love', Fame' and 'Literature'. John Glashan was a Scottish cartoonist, illustrator and playwright. His style is small pen and ink figures, often featuring fantastic Gothic or imaginary architecture. He is known for his cartoon series 'Genius' which appeared in 'The Observer' from 1978-83.
