Plot

Tales of Old Snake Creek by Drew Lerman collects four short stories featuring his characters Dav and Roy getting into high jinks! Previously published in anthologies in 2020 and 2021, these tales feature Dav and Roy in a Sherlock Holmes-style mystery, on an existential voyage with the Head On A Stone, trying to evade Dav’s mother’s expectations, and bartering for a peach. Full of puns and other word play, these comics see Dav and Roy getting into hot water and really bathing in it!

Breaking out of the 4-panel format of the Snake Creek strip, these comics follow a more standard comic book layout, and allow Drew to flex his storytelling muscles. Previously in black & white, these comics have been water colored for this collection.
