Plot

ACG Comics reprints the classic wedding saga from Chester Goulds cops-and-robbers comic strip, Dick Tracy. After 18 years, numerous brushes with death, and various bullets removed, Dick Tracy finally gets around to marrying his longtime love interest, Tess Trueheart. But first he must stop Mousey Rattner, a shoplifter who creates distractions by releasing mice in the stores she targets. These strips date from November to the end of December, 1949.
