Plot

Gill Fox was a Pulitzer prize nominated cartoonist who worked on animations ranging from Betty Boop and Popeye for Fleisher Studios to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. This particular collection of cartoons features Wilbert, a character very reminiscent of Hank Ketchum's Dennis the Menace. This book appears to be extremely scarce - I wasn't able to locate even one other copy on the internet.
