Plot

Alguien en los 80 debió pensar que la mitología de Batman estaba muy dispersa y que era hora de ordenarla un poco para los lectores. Está miniserie es básicamente eso, un dejarnos claro por donde entra y sale el batmovil, porqué Joe Chill disparó a Thomas y Martha Wayne o cuando llegó Alfred a la vida de Bruce y Dick. Muchas cosas ya hace tiempo que están desfasadas y aunque la miniserie no ofrezca mucho más se lee con gusto y ritmo. También diré que Jim Aparo está aquí muy fino y disfrutable en sus páginas, hay por ahí influencia de Neal Adams para bien. Incluso en el primer capítulo codibujado con John Byrne tenemos lo suficiente de cada uno para que no sintamos, como pasa muchas veces con este tipo de tebeos, que en lugar de llevarnos dos autorazos nos han tocado medio y medio. Se nota que Byrne está ahí más allá de los meros bocetos y Aparo lo hace menos "blandurri". Que no será esta una miniserie que cambiase la vida de nadie, ni la de Batman, pero ¿Y lo que entretiene?.
