Plot

In 1999, after a reign of terror that claimed the lives of eight female victims, the trail for "The Cleaner" killer ran cold. Like the Jack "The Ripper" Case, The Black Dahlia and The Zodiac Killer, it has been a question contemplated with every unsolved murder for the last 100 years. Why would a killer with such an immense lust for blood, stop killing? Maybe his final victim holds the key.
