He de decir que, aunque se puede entender Crisis Oscura sin necesidad de leer este tomo, sí que es una lectura complementaria que recomiendo hacer, ya que las historias realmente no son relleno, aunque, claro está, las hay mejores y peores. Por ejemplo, Road to Dark Crisis, el número que abre el tomo, enfocado en los héroes que quedan y cómo el mundo se adapta a la pérdida de la JLA, me ha parecido muy importante e interesante de cara a darle mayor profundidad al contexto del evento. Del mismo modo, Dark Crisis: Big Bang, hace lo propio dándole una conclusión, y mirando al futuro del Universo DC. Las otras historias también son entretenidas y aportan bastante, dando protagonismo a temas que en el evento principal son meras subtramas.En ese sentido, solo recomiendo leer el tomo si se hace siguiendo alguna guía de lectura para compaginarlo con Crisis Oscura.
