After passing his university entrance exams, Haruya is ready to move out of his parents house and move in the Tokoharu Apartments. It’s a win-win for him, because not only is he moving out on his own, but he gets to move into a place that’s run by his long time crush, Yua. What he didn’t expect what Yua’s bratty sister to move in to keep an eye on him. Regardless, it seems like a pretty sweet deal, until he sees how devoted Yua is to the care of the other tenants of the apartment.
