Plot

Gil Topper, adopted as an infant, learns he is heir to the infamous master architect Roark Dexter Smith, who had died along with his wife and chief assistant in a mysterious fire. Gil inherits Bluff House, scene of that deadly fire - and containing a deadly secret which could destroy Gil and his friends.
