Plot

Three adventures with private investigators Gabriel Webb and Jennifer Mays. In "A Night at the Rose Petal," Gabriel and Jennifer set up a plan to try to locate Dr. Rune in this tribute to Will Eisner's Spirit comic series. Script by Mike W. Barr and art by Rick Magyar & Darick Robertson & Wm Messner-Loebs. In "Moving Stiffs," while moving all of their furniture and belongings into their new home, a body is discovered in the moving van and Gabriel and Jennifer try to find out whodunit. Script by Mike W. Barr and art by Allen Curtis & Keith Aiken & Jim Sinclair. Issue also a two-page interview with Maze Agency creator Mike W. Barr and "Murder in Mint Condition, a reprint of a special preview of the Maze Agency that was handed out at Comic Con 1988. Script by Mike W. Barr and art by Adam Hughes & Rick Magyar.
