Plot
In the year 2056, robots have replaced human beings in the workforce. An uneasy co-existence develops between the newly intelligent robots and the ten billion humans living on Earth. Every human family is assigned a robot upon whom they are completely reliant. What could possibly go wrong? Meet the Walters, a human family whose robot, Razorball, ominously spends his free time in the garage working on machines which they’re pretty sure are designed to kill them in this sci-fi satire from Mark Russell (The Flintstones, Second Coming) and Mike Deodato Jr. (The Amazing Spider-Man, The Resistance).

Un comic que me ha gustado. tenemos un futuro donde los humanos no hacen nada y dependen de los robots totalmente. Ya que son estos los que trabajan y traen el sueldo a casa. Los humanos sin motivacion. Tenemos una familia donde el padre esta integrado en el nuevo sistema. Mientras los hijos con mas dudas pelean por un cambio. Tenemos una critica a un futuro donde esta todo informatizado y dominado por robots. Desde la ley, la educacion el trabajo todo por los robots. Esto puede llevar a muchos confrictos. tambien criticas al consumismo y siempre querer a la ultima. EL final queda algo abierto para una continuacion. Pero cierra. EL dibujo no es el mejor trabajo de Deodato. Me parece una buena compra.

Lo sigo al Mark desde God is Disappointed in You, uno de mis guionistas favoritos y acá la sigue rompiendo. Medio apurado el final, pero no es grave. Rarísimo el dibujo de Mike Deodato, mucha foto referencia que nunca me gusta y el Mike no lo maneja mejor que otros, pero sus robots están geniales.
