Reprints the contents of Funnies on Parade (Eastern Color, 1933 series)
Stories and art by Clare Victor Dwiggins, Gene Byrnes, Pop Mormand, Al Smith, F. O. Alexander, Al Capp, Harry J. Tuthill, John Hix, C. M. Payne, and A. E. Hayward. Edited by Harry Wildenburg. Reprints of newspaper comic strips, considered a precursor of the comic book, if not one of the first true comic books. Not sold on newsstands, it was produced as a promotional item, mailed to consumers in return for coupons from Procter & Gamble products.
