Plot

The first published work from future superstar writer Ed Brubaker. Brubaker demonstrates early willingness to diverge from traditional superheroics, as a dead ringer for W.C. Fields, an alligator in a dress, and a 1980s-style punk find themselves traveling on a wooden raft through a nonsensical universe. The book became something of a collectors item after Brubaker cemented his fame as an influential Marvel and DC writer.
