Plot

Cover by Joe Oriolo. As part of Harvey Comics' revival in the early 1990s, they reprinted classic comics starring Felix, one of the earliest cartoon characters. Felix gets a cushy corporate job as a fish-counter, but soon learns there's no easy money. Then, his new audio-recording hobby accidentally captures the plans of a pair of bank robbers.
