Plot

It is the distant past, and mankind is in danger of being extinguished from the face of the earth. Evil spirits, demon, ogres, and trolls rule all, until a small group of men build the Soul Magnet, which could banish spirits from the world. Allying itself with the Giants, man fought back—and prevailed. Now it is the present, and evil may have been defeated, but it has not gone away. There’s more trouble in Richmond, Virginia, with a demon on the loose, and a man, Chang Shen, the messenger who has protected the Soul Magnet all this time, on hand to carry out his duties. Has the passing of the years had a negative effect on his abilities? And are the demons stronger than ever before?
