Moritani Misuzu is a quiet high school girl with a very unusual power: for three minutes a day she can freeze time. When Moritani uses her ability to peek up a classmate’s skirt, she gets the shock of her life when she’s caught in the act! It turns out her classmate–the beautiful Murakami Haruka–is the only person immune to Moritani’s power! Bound together by this strange fact, the two girls grow closer.
