Flashback! In the years before the formation of the X-Men, the highest echelons of the government discover the existence of mutants -- a race they fear threatens mankind's survival! Thus begins the Sentinel program, leading to the construction of Master Mold. But a malevolent force from the future wants to use Master Mold for its own purpose, and only Rachel Summers, the Mother Askani, has the power to stop it!
