Guy Peellaert (1934 2008) was a Belgian artist, painter, illustrator, comic artist and photographer. In 1973, he collaborated with British rock journalist Nik Cohn on the best-selling book Rock Dreams. This book consists of Peellaert's visual illustrations which celebrate and exaggerate the rebel heritage of pop-music and, particularly, rock and roll, with commentary by Cohn.
