Plot

In DEEP CITY we find an obsession for describing how people are wounded by the passage of time. Police Commissioner Evaristo, the main character, maintains an attractive heroic facade -a leftover from his earlier boxing career. Now he finds himself still contending, but in another ring -an arena with even more brutality, injustice, and lies.
