Plot
Cosmic villain Xero plans a bloodfest with Batman and Judge Dredd as the star performers. Using the Riddler as a pawn, Xero gathers the toughest beings from throughout the cosmos and pits the Dark Knight of Gotham City against the number-one lawman of Mega-City One.
