El número contiene dos historias, pero de la segunda mejor no hablar. Así, vamos al tema, la historia principal de Catwoman. La verdad es que me esperaba algo más de enjundia en la historia, y también más páginas, para que negarlo. Todo se queda en un micro-misterio, no llega a mini, que conecta el pasado de Selina en el orfanato y las elecciones municipales en Gotham a las que se presenta Penguin, detalle este, que acaba siendo irrelevante prácticamente. El dibujo está muy bien, y el color es correcto.
