Plot

This paperback collects the Azrael storyline Azrael: Angel in the Dark. This storyline was originally published in the then-new comic book series Azrael from December, 2009 to May, 2010. This storyline was written by Fabian Nicieza and illustrated by Ramon Bachs.

In this story a hired killer comes to Gotham City seeking revenge for crimes committed decades in the past. Azrael faces an impossible conflict: what if God's justice forces the hero to claim one of God's servants?
