El principal logro de Greg es haber introducido en la historieta para todos los públicos al personaje del Pelmazo Universal, Aquiles Talón, más común hasta entonces en la literatura y el cine. Consiguiendo, además, que su criatura no nos resulte absolutamente odiosa. Alguien que relee permanentemente a Blaise Pascal no puede ser del todo despreciable.
