Después de finiquitar la etapa David Zavimbe con el primer número a modo de epílogo, el tomo contiene el primer arco argumental de Luke Fox como el nuevo Batwing, eso sí, interrumpido por el tie-in de Zero Year (Batwing #25) que ya podrían haber dejado para el final del tomo, detrás del #26. La historia principal no está mal y el dibujo es muy correcto. Por su parte, el tie-in de Zero Year es malo y previsible hasta decir basta.
