El tomo incluye 3 miniseries. En la 1ª tenemos a Gordon investigando un robo de dinero federal perpetrado por, parece ser, policías corruptos. Es una buena historia, aunque se podría haber contado en menos páginas. En la 2ª, la más antigua, hay varias tramas alrededor de la GCPD, pero que no llegan a cruzarse. Es algo así como una serie de policías de TV en la que vemos a cada pareja llevando su caso y luego la vida en la comisaría. Para mí es la mejor, pero entiendo que la pongan en segundo lugar porque el recopilatorio es sobre Jim Gordon y en esta miniserie no saldrá en más de 3 o 4 viñetas. Finalmente, en la 3ª historia tenemos a Gordon contándole a Batman el último caso que tuvo en Chicago antes de trasladarse a Gotham. El caso tiene un cabo suelto que llega hasta el presente y Gotham City. No es una mala historia, pero no me gusta la personalidad que Dennis O'Neil le otorga al Gordon de Chicago, demasiado reaccionario. En cuanto al dibujo, es feúcho pero funciona.
