Plot

Moving to the suburbs has been tough on Courtney. Back in the city, she had a life; her friends, teachers, and urban living treated her right. But now the kids at school all think she's a freak; her teachers are getting pushy about her slowly sinking grades, and most of her time is spent reading magic books out of her creepy old Uncle Aloysius' library. All that, however, is about to change!

Meet the new Courtney! She's pleasant to be around! She fits in with the in crowd! She's the teacher's pet! Can this revamped and re-energized Courtney be the real deal, or is there something else entirely afoot?
