La historia de la familia Dallas (porque en el fondo es una historia familiar) y su lucha para recuperar los derechos de publicación de un comic, cuya editorial ha explotado haciendo películas y merchandising. Matizado por los problemas de los hermanos, uno adicto al juego y que tiene deudas con unos matones y otro que ve la vida con más optimismo, pero ambos han quedado desempleados. Además una chica que gatilla el interés del padre por recuperar los derechos del personaje que creó (The Domain) y la esperanza de volver a crear historias de él. Es muy entretenido, muy real, los personajes se sienten súper creíbles y uno queda con ganas de seguir leyendo sobre la aventura en que se embarcan (y a la vez como la editorial también quiere volver a publicar cómics de The Domain, lo que será una interesante batalla creativa).
