A pesar de seguir con tel subtítulo "Worldwide", la historia sucede íntegramente en New York. Por otro lado, tenemos un villano visto un montón de veces (hasta el Súpergrupo tuvo su propia versión) y un duelo, algo más que verbal, entre Tony Stark y Peter Parker. Yo no sigo la serie de Stark y no sé cómo lo pintan allí, pero aquí aparece como un auténtico imbécil. En resumen, una historia entretenida y poco más. En cuanto al dibujo, la serie sigue al mismo nivel.
