En la 45ª aventura de Lucky Luke nuestro héroe y los Dalton van a México, en un álbum al estilo de los de viajes de Astérix que tan bien se le daban a Goscinny. Sin embargo, aquí quizás no lo veo tan en su salsa, funcionaba mejor cuando se movía por el ámbito europeo. Apenas se explota el estereotipo de la siesta y la calma, un gag con el tequila y poca cosa más. La trama en si sí que está más o menos interesante pero el tomo no es tan bueno como los inmediatamente anteriores.
