At the request of Robin, Bullock lets Nocturna go. Nocturna gains control of the False Face Society as Nightslayer continues to murder its members. Batman learns of Nocturna's return and pays her a visit at the observatory. Red rain poors as a result of the ongoing Crisis on Infinite Earths.
