Tomo donde los autores seguían buscando un rumbo para la serie. En este caso meten al Capitan America a ser policía para darle algo de vida civil. Para en pocos números olvidarse y meterlo otra vez con temas de Shield. Siguen siendo bastante mejores los números donde tratan temas sociales que los de grandes villanos.
