Plot

The Steel Ball Run’s seventh stage is finally underway as the racers head toward Gettysburg. But as Gyro and Johnny approach the finish line, they notice their old enemy Hot Pants sneaking off toward a nearby city! What’s the retired racer still doing in the Steel Ball Run? Gyro and Johnny decide to investigate, but completely unbeknownst to them, they may be walking into a trap that could cost them everything.
