Después del Arrebato , la naturaleza se volvió loca. El planeta está totalmente desorientado, devastado por catástrofes naturales que asolan el mundo. En un entorno hostil como este, los pocos seres humanos que aún viven buscan refugios, regiones del planeta con microclimas favorables para la vida.
