En este tomo tenemos toda la etapa de Denise Mina, novelista que anteriormente no tenía experiencia con los cómics. Sin embargo, sale airosa del desafío y presenta una gran saga dividida en dos partes: "Empathy Is the Enemy" y "Red Right Hand". Las dos son más que buenas, y el único pero que les pongo es que ambas están ligeramente alargadas; las dos podrían haber durado un número menos cada una. Por su parte, el dibujo de todos los artistas del tomo es muy bueno. Finalmente, el tomo también incluye un "fill-in" que es la última historia de Mike Carey en Constantine y que personalmente me ha parecido muy entretenido.

Se nota que Denise Mina es del palo de la novela, ya que la historia progresa con cambios en la velocidad del relato muy característicos de ese tipo de producción literaria. Le faltó eso que tiene el cómic de ir tirando líneas para próximos capítulos, es como que quema todas las ideas muy rápidamente. Esto me llevó a releer y apreciar mejor el cuadro general.
