Baja mucho el nivel junto con el tomo anterior. Cuando entra un secundario nuevo te presentan su mini historia o flashback para dar profundidad, pero se queda ahí. En el caso del tomo 5 crean personajes relacionados con lo que pudimos ver en gunnm angel alita, y tienen más personalidad, al menos para mí. Empiezo a leer en diagonal, porque entre el comentarista del torneo y las explicaciones para que entiendas todo lo que ocurre en combate, hacen que vea las peleas como mero trámite para llegar a Gally.
