As Project D enters their third round of battles in Kanagawa, the Mecca of street racing is abuzz with excitement as though the circus had come to town. Now, things are about to get even more intense as their next opponent looms before them: Team Spiral's Ryuji "Zero" Ikeda, a proponent of a mysterious racing philosophy he calls Zero Theory.
