Plot

But then, he never found himself caught between the law and the villains! Everyone's after Burglar Bill and he never did anything wrong in the first place. Well, except for that whole burglar thing- This Issue: After a violent confrontation followed by a night in the local police cells, Burglar Bill is looking to lay low and keep out of trouble. His fellow cellmate, Wybourn, offers Bill a place to crash for a couple of nights. Unfortunately, Wybourn is in bigger trouble than Bill is! A revised reprint of BURGLAR BILL, originally published by Dancing Elephant Press, this issue also includes a bonus six-page Burglar Bill story from 1989!
