Guest-starring Spider-Man and the Human Torch. The Speed Demon is on a crime spree...and running circles around the web-slinger and the Human Torch as they try to catch him! Meanwhile, a young man named Eugene Patilio believes he can help his father by becoming a super hero! So the Frog-Man is born!
