En estos primeros números entintados por Joe Sinnot, los rostros y las figuras tienen las líneas 'suavizadas' con respecto a lo que dibujaba Kirby a lápiz. A mí, personalmente, me encanta el resultado. Las líneas están muy cuidadas, pero no estropea para nada el trabajo de Kirby, que está auténticamente majestuoso (como en la página 18). La página 8, con el primer encuentro entre Johnny y Crystal, es también estupenda. La segunda viñeta es preciosa, muy evocadora.
